SHIPPING GEOGRAPHY

Delivery in Portugal and Spain, including islands. Shipping from Porto (Portugal).

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are dispatched via the CTT Express postal service. Delivery times are:

• mainland Spain and Portugal — in 1-2 business day;
• Azores and Madeira — in 2-6 business days;
  
• Balearic Islands — in 2-5 business days.
  

We do our best to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible.
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Monday - Friday) are shipped the same day. We do not ship on weekends. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 PM, as well as on Saturday and Sunday, will be shipped on Monday between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Delivery time can be checked by the tracking number.

Digital products (city quests) do not require physical delivery; access in the form of a link/code is sent via email immediately after payment confirmation.
